Privacy Policy — Color Slide

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Color Slide is a single-player puzzle game. This policy explains exactly what the game does and does not collect. It is deliberately short, because the game collects very little.

We do not ask for an account

There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos, location, or other directly identifying details. App usage and device information are described below.

Your game progress stays on your device

Level progress, stars, coins, your move balance, purchased items and your settings are stored locally. Analytics reports include gameplay events such as levels started and completed, scores, and moves used; they do not upload your full saved game. Device backup and restore may preserve local app data.

Because progress is local, it does not transfer between devices, and we cannot restore it if you uninstall the app or reset the device.

Advertising

The game shows ads, supplied by Google AdMob. To serve them, Google's advertising SDK collects and processes certain data, which may include:

This data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us. We do not receive it, and we do not build any profile of you. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in AdMob.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your device, which also lets you opt out of ad personalisation. Ads will still appear, but will be less relevant.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (move packs and an ad-free upgrade) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card, bank or billing details — Google tells the game only whether a purchase succeeded. Refunds are handled by Google Play.

Children

Color Slide is suitable for a general audience, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The advertising and analytics services described in this policy process app usage and device data.

Analytics

When connected, the Android game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand active players, sessions, returning players, and game difficulty. It records tutorial progress, level starts and outcomes, scores, moves used, elapsed level time, mode selection, advertising results, and reminder interactions. Firebase also processes an app-instance identifier and device/app metadata to measure usage. We do not set a user ID or send names, email addresses, friend challenge codes, or payment details.

You can turn off future analytics collection in the game's Settings under Usage analytics. This does not delete information already collected. Advertising ID collection and personalized advertising signals are disabled for Firebase Analytics; AdMob's separate advertising practices are described above. Data is processed by Google and made available to us in analytics reports. See Firebase privacy information.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on request. To remove everything the game has stored, uninstall it. Purchase records are held by Google Play; manage those through your Play account. Rights over the data the advertising SDK processes are exercised through Google, using the links in the Advertising section.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change — for example if new analytics events are added — this page will be updated and the date at the top revised before the change ships.
